At DYE Paintball, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your competitive standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to DYE
Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a certified shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
